Made to order
How does made-to-order work?
Every piece is printed when you order it — nothing sits in a warehouse collecting dust. Less waste, a fresher print, and in return we ask for a few days to make it before it ships.
How long until it ships?
Production runs about 2–5 business days. You’ll get an email the moment it leaves the shop.
Shipping
How long does delivery take?
Once it’s made, US orders arrive in about 3–5 business days with tracked shipping — so figure roughly a week to ten days door-to-door.
What does shipping cost?
Nothing. Free shipping is baked into the price — no surprise math at checkout.
Where’s my order?
Track it anytime with your order number and the email you used at checkout. Your shipping confirmation also carries a direct tracking link once it ships.

Sizing & fit
How do they fit?
True to size with a classic cut. Between sizes? Size up. Want exact measurements before you buy? Just ask and we’ll talk you through the fit.

Can I return or exchange?
Because each piece is made just for you, we can’t take returns for fit or a change of heart — so double-check your size before you order (not sure? ask us first). If something’s genuinely off, talk to us.
My order arrived damaged or misprinted.
That’s on us. Email a photo within 14 days of delivery and we’ll remake it or refund it — your call.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Catch it fast and we can help — email us within 2 hours of ordering, before it goes to print. After that it’s already being made.
